MILLBURY, Mass. — Worcester Business Journal reported that The Shops at Blackstone Valley is planning a major expansion with two new buildings totaling about 35,000 square feet of additional retail, dining, and wellness space.
According to WBJ, the new buildings will be constructed in the parking lot area of the open-air retail center at 70 Worcester-Providence Turnpike. The project is being developed by WS Development, which is based in Chestnut Hill.
