Convictions and Sentence
In April 1995, in Suffolk Superior Court, Kelley pleaded guilty to three counts of aggravated rape as a habitual criminal, along with other charges including armed robbery, armed assault in a dwelling, two counts of kidnapping, assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon on a person age 65 or older, and assault by means of a dangerous weapon.
