A Massachusetts man who killed a 13-year-old in an attempt to avenge his cousin after a stabbing has been granted parole.
In 1999, Sammy Garcia was convicted of first-degree murder for the death of Khedy Leang. He was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
