Four state police academy trainers will be arraigned in April on manslaughter counts in the death of Enrique Delgado-Garcia, the state police recruit from Worcester who died after a boxing exercise at the department’s New Braintree academy in September 2024.
Three troopers – Lt. Jennifer Penton and troopers Edwin Rodriguez and David Montanez – will be arraigned April 2 in Worcester Superior Court.
