Worcester man faces charges after foot chase, ghost gun found

WORCESTER — A Worcester man is facing multiple charges after police say he threw a “ghost gun” during a foot pursuit following a traffic stop earlier this month.

According to the Worcester Police Department, officers attempted to stop a vehicle around 7:49 p.m. on March 7th after observing the driver fail to come to a complete stop at a stop sign near Millbury Street and Fifth Avenue.

The driver, identified as 22-year-old Carlos Ketter of Worcester, told officers he did not have a valid driver’s license. Moments later, police said, Ketter fled the stop at a high rate of speed, driving recklessly through several streets…
