Worcester zoning board approves all-affordable housing complex with 41 units

The Worcester Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday signed off on a project for 41 affordable apartments across the street from a former funeral home.

The proposal from The Main South Community Development Corporation, an organization whose mission is to revitalize Worcester’s Main South neighborhood, seeks to build the apartment complex at 11 Hammond St.
