NORTHBOROUGH – A man faces several charges, including rape, following a late-night interaction with a co-worker.
On March 7, an individual identified as Wexler Lopez was working at an IHOP in Northborough. After briefly leaving work, he returned at approximately 10:40 p.m. with alcohol and marijuana, according to court documents, which he later drank and smoked alongside a co-worker, whose name and age have been withheld by the Community Advocate for privacy reasons.
