CHICOPEE, Mass. (WWLP) – The Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles is expanding its statewide motorcycle safety program this spring to address a rise in rider fatalities.
The Massachusetts Rider Education Program provides training for both new and experienced riders to reduce injuries and deaths on the road.
