WORCESTER – Guillermo Creamer Jr., chairman of the city’s Human Rights Commission, has resigned, a month before his term was set to expire.
In an interview March 27, Creamer said his reasons were both personal and professional, including frustration over the commission’s fraught relationship with City Manager Eric Batista.
