The owner of a Milford bowling alley has pleaded guilty to using more than $1.2 million in pandemic relief funds on a new house and luxury cars, the Massachusetts U.S. Attorney’s Office announced Monday.
David Breen, a 54-year-old Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, resident, pleaded guilty to one count of theft of government property in federal court in Worcester, federal prosecutors said in a press release.
