Rollover Crash in Rutland, Massachusetts Leaves One Injured, Road Temporarily Closed

A serious two-car crash in Rutland, Massachusetts on Tuesday evening left at-least one person injured and briefly shut down a local roadway, according to the Rutland Police Department.

The crash occurred at the intersection of East County Road and Wachusett Street, where officials say one of the vehicles rolled over, trapping an occupant inside. Emergency crews responded quickly to the scene, working to extricate the individual from the vehicle.

The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment. Their condition has not been released.

Due to the severity of the crash, the roadway was temporarily closed as first responders worked the scene and ensured safety in the area. Authorities advised drivers to seek alternate routes during the closure.
