LEICESTER — A 57-year-old East Boston man accused of running a fraudulent ticket scheme targeting multiple victims has been arrested following a months-long investigation by Leicester Police Department detectives.
Robert Cheevers was arrested April 4th at his East Boston apartment by officers assigned to the Western Worcester County Major Crimes & Narcotics Task Force.
