A woman has been arrested in connection with the fatal hit-and-run of a 10-year-old girl in a Central Massachusetts town.
On Friday, Webster police arrested Sherrie Mae Plitouke, a 35-year-old Southbridge resident, according to a statement from the Webster Police Department.
