Convicted contractor paves road back to prison

A paving contractor who has already been to prison twice for stealing from customers will now spend at least four more years behind bars for violating the conditions of his probation, the NBC10 Boston Investigators have learned.

A Worcester County Superior Court judge sentenced William Pusateri after hearing evidence and testimony tied to new criminal charges, despite conditions of his release that prohibited him from accepting deposits from homeowners.

Upon learning he will spend the next four to five years incarcerated at Souza-Baranowski Correctional Center, Pusateri wiped tears from his eyes in the courtroom.
