A contractor and developer from Winchester is looking to add more units to several proposed Worcester housing projects that have yet to be built.
Ricardo Pinto, the manager of Beyond Construction, spent a combined $22.3 million on nine properties in Worcester previously owned by Sutton development firm Polar Views LLC, according to Worcester Registry of Deeds documents.
The properties include the sites of proposed apartment complexes by Polar Views, including a 56-unit complex at 119 Chandler St. No building permits have been approved for the properties, according to city records…
