Mass. resident among those arrested at anti-ICE protest in Vermont

Vermont State Police said they arrested four people Thursday morning for criminal trespass and resisting arrest following an anti-ICE protest and sit-in in Williston.

Among those arrested was 20-year-old Casey Seem, of Oakham, Massachusetts. The others were from Vermont, including 39-year-old Aiden Balentine, of Montpelier; 58-year-old Peter Booth, of Jericho; and 79-year-old Henry Prensky, of Burlington.

State police said all four were among a group of several dozen people who entered a private office building to protest federal agencies, including U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, which occupy space there along with other private businesses and a medical office…
