LYME — Officials identified the person found dead in the Connecticut River earlier this month as a Massachusetts man who had been missing for several months.
Donald Plasse, 63, of Holyoke, Mass., went missing on Jan. 13 following an incident near the Connecticut River in South Hadley, Mass., according to the state Department of Energy and Environmental Protection in a news release on Monday.
