Five arrested in Ware narcotics distribution investigation

WARE, Mass. (WWLP) – Five individuals were arrested in Ware on Monday following an investigation into narcotics distribution.

The Ware Police Department stated that on Monday morning, officers executed search warrants at three homes on Otis Avenue in connection with a narcotics investigation. These searches were conducted alongside the Hampden District Attorney’s Anti-Crime Task Force and the Chicopee, Palmer, Monson, and Warren Police Departments.

During the searches, officers seized heroin, crack cocaine, Adderall, Gabapentin, and Vyvanse. They also located paraphernalia associated with high-level manufacturing and distribution of crack cocaine. Five suspects were arrested as part of the investigation.

Christopher Creamer, 53, of Ware is charged with:

  • Possession with Intent to Distribute Class B Drug (Crack Cocaine)

Rashied Lyttleton, 30, of Ware is charged with:

  • Manufacture of Class B Drug (Crack Cocaine)

Jacquelyn Jones, 21, of Ware is charged with:

  • Manufacture of Class B Drug (Crack Cocaine)

Pablo Gonzalez, 29, of Ware is charged with:

  • Possession of Class B Drug (Crack Cocaine)
  • Possession of Class E Drug (Vyvanse)
  • Possession of Class E Drug (Adderall)

Miranda Lemos, 34, of Ware is charged with:

  • Possession of Class A Drug (Heroin)
  • Possession of Class B Drug, Subsequent Offense (Crack Cocaine)
  • Possession of Class E Drug, Subsequent Offense (Gabapentin)

The suspects are set to be arraigned at the Eastern Hampshire District Courthouse on Tuesday.
