EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEVV) — Local authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating family members of a woman who recently passed away.
Barbara Houston, born Sept. 19, 1952, died on June 4, 2026. At the time of her death, she was a resident of North Park Nursing Home. Prior to her passing, Houston had made final arrangements with a local funeral home, where she is currently in their care.
According to the Vanderburgh County Coroner’s Office, the funeral home requested assistance in finding Houston’s next of kin. Information provided by the nursing home included contact details for her son, but attempts to reach him have been unsuccessful because the information is no longer valid…
