EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – Evansville Police say a woman is under arrest this weekend, after getting into a fight at a local bar, and then, ends up hitting and kicking an officer during her arrest.
Police say this happened just after 1:00 a.m. Sunday at KC’s Marina Pointe. Police say one of the bouncers at the bar was breaking up a pushing match between two females.
The officer went over to 21-year-old Daysha Acker of Evansville, who was not calming down and was still yelling. The officer was trying to separate the two women and get Acker out of the bar. The officer says he could smell alcohol on Acker’s breath…
