KENTWOOD, Mich. (WOOD) — The newest store at Woodland Mall will sell Labubus, the plush toys that became an online sensation, and a range of other collectible toys.
Toymaker POP MART is opening a location in the JCPenney wing of the Kentwood mall. The brand is known for selling blind-box figurines featuring its unique characters.
The store is holding a grand opening celebration at 10 a.m. Saturday. Those who attend will get “exclusive gifts” with qualifying purchases, according to a release from the mall.

“We are pleased to introduce West Michigan shoppers to POP MART, one of the most popular names in the collectible toy industry,” said Lisa Wolstromer, senior marketing director of Woodland Mall, in a statement.
