GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — Edward Young, of Greensboro, won a $735,645 Cash 5 jackpot, according to an NC Education Lottery news release.
“I play maybe five times all year, but I saw the high jackpot, so I decided to try it,” he said. “It was just in my spirit.”
Young bought his winning $1 Quick Pick ticket for the June 2 drawing online.
