SIMPSONVILLE, S.C. (WSPA) — City leaders in Simpsonville approved a traffic calming study Tuesday they said will prevent cut-throughs in some neighborhoods.
The study — focused on the League Estates, Poinsettia, and Jones Avenue neighborhoods — called for installing at least 10 speed humps and a diagonal diverter.
