Buffalo’s signature summer food festival is preparing to return downtown this July with more than 40 participating restaurants, dozens of live performances and a significant number of first-time vendors joining one of the nation’s largest two-day food events.
Organizers have unveiled the restaurant lineup and entertainment schedule for the 2026 Taste of Buffalo, which will take place July 11th and 12th along Delaware Avenue and throughout Niagara Square. The annual festival is expected to once again draw tens of thousands of visitors to downtown Buffalo to sample dishes from restaurants representing a wide variety of cuisines from across Western New York.
