PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WJAR) — Providence police said a man is facing charges in connection with the Federal Hill motorcycle crash earlier this month.
According to officials, investigators determined that 35-year-old Robert Maggiacomo allegedly threw a trash can at a moving motorcycle during the Feast of St. Joseph on June 6.
The motorcycle operator then lost control and crashed.
