PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — One of the two twin sisters accused of killing their father three years ago has been ordered to undergo a second competency exam, Target 12 has learned.
Danielle and Jennifer Pamula, both 41, were each charged with murder in connection with the death of 70-year-old Joseph Pamula.
