PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WJAR) — A disbarred Providence immigration lawyer, who was also a municipal judge in Central Falls, reaches a plea deal with federal prosecutors nearly a year-and-a-half after federal agents raided his office on Dorrance Street.
Prosecutors accused Joseph Molina Flynn of defrauding clients.
According to documents filed in federal court in Providence late Friday, Molina Flynn will plead guilty to one count each of wire fraud and tax evasion.
