TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A woman living at Hunter Ridge Apartments near Airport Highway and South Byrne says her home has flooded more than a dozen times since she moved in during 2022.
The woman, who asked to remain anonymous, says every time heavy rain moves through, water collects at her back patio, which is below ground level, then pours into her unit.
