David Grabarczyk said he appreciates the art being created in the region.
“Toledo really is blessed with a large artistic community,” said Mr. Grabarczyk, of Perrysburg. “The art shows are full of paintings, sculptures, garden items, jewelry, and more. It is exciting to see what is being created here.”
