REIDSVILLE, N.C. (WGHP) — Dexter Scales Sr., 45, has been on the run for more than a year and wanted for two counts of first-degree murder.
He is accused of killing Shanika Penn and Samuel Brooks on June 12, 2025.
Samuel’s sister, Ronketta Brooks, reflected on his passing.
