SAN ANTONIO — Human remains found on a ranch in Live Oak County have been linked to the disappearance of Jorge Garza Perales.
According to an arrest affidavit, 26-year-old Garza Perales was reported missing in August 2024 after family members said they had not heard from him and discovered his vehicle, a silver 2012 Nissan Sentra, was also missing.
Investigators used surveillance footage, cellphone records, and license plate reader data to track Garza Perales’ vehicle traveling south from San Antonio with a black Nissan Sentra driven by one of his roommates, Yesid O.
