Traffic was expected to be heavy for several hours in Clairemont on Monday afternoon after a teen was shot in the leg in a drive-by shooting around 2:15 p.m. near Genesee Avenue and Mount Etna Drive, the San Diego Police Department said.
Police are searching for a suspect who fled, authorities said. No suspect description was immediately available.
