PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — An early-morning fire tore through a Southeast Portland home on Wednesday, killing multiple pets and leaving a resident displaced, according to officials.
Emergency crews responded to the fire in the Mill Park Neighborhood of East Portland after receiving reports of downed power lines in the backyard.
