Myles Garrett Back in Practice After Missing Four Days with Soreness

Additional Coverage:

Myles Garrett resumed practice on Wednesday, according to multiple sources.

The Rams’ standout pass rusher had been sidelined for the last four practices due to what head coach Sean McVay described as “lower body soreness.”

McVay reassured fans on Sunday that Garrett’s absence was “nothing to worry about,” and his return to the field seems to confirm that assessment.

Garrett has been remarkably durable, having played all 17 games in each of the past two seasons and missing just four games over six years.

The reigning Defensive Player of the Year, acquired by the Rams in a major offseason trade with the Browns, broke the NFL’s single-season sack record last year with 23. Over his nine NFL seasons, Garrett has amassed an impressive total of 125.5 sacks.
