HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — A Gibson County man charged in a triple murder is set to go on trial.
Patrick Waite is accused of killing his wife and 2 members of her family at his home just outside of Haubstadt last May. Waite called 911 himself to report the incident and told detectives he was “as guilty as guilty can be.”
He later filed a complaint accusing his wife and her family of trying to steal his home and other belongings. A judge found him competent to stand trial back in January…
