The first week of July figures to be a scorcher on the East Coast, and Delaware is no exception. The National Weather Service is predicting highs in the upper 90s for Wilmington and New Castle County.
The heat wave will bring some of the First State’s hottest weather of the year to date, according to data from NWS Philadelphia.
