SALEM, Ore. (KATU) — A 38-year-old man was arrested for allegedly attempting to kidnap a three-year-old child in Salem, Oregon.
Salem Police Department said that on Sunday around 5:42 p.m., officers responded to a report of a man who had attempted to kidnap a three-year-old toddler in the 2500 block of Rose Garden Street Northeast.
