New parking restrictions are coming to more than 35 San Diego beach parking lots from La Jolla to Sunset Cliffs.
Under the plan, some lots will have new overnight closure hours. In Ocean Beach, two parking lots near the pier will also have a reduced daytime parking to encourage more parking availability for visitors.
