CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — Union Pier Terminal is expected to dock its last cruise ship today in preparation for the property’s new chapter under Beemok.
The historic waterfront site has recently been purchased by local businessman Ben Navarro, who hopes to use his company, Beemok, to make upgrades that will better the balance between tourism and quality of residential life.
