LAFAYETTE, La. (NEWS 15) — The Lafayette Police Department has released surveillance pictures of the two people wanted after a homeowner was shot while confronting a pair trying to break into his vehicle in May.
Lafayette Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help identifying those responsible for the shooting.
Authorities reported officers responded to a home on West Butcher Switch Road near Salvador Drive on May 25 around 1:45 a.m. They said upon arrival, officers found the victim outside his home suffering from a gunshot wound.
