Victim of Charlotte dog attack frustrated with city response, says she has PTSD

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — A Charlotte woman who was the victim of a vicious dog attack this year is angry over how city officials have responded to the incident.

Pamela Bennett says she suffers from PTSD since the attack in March, when German shepherds leaped over her backyard fence in northeast Charlotte.

She says she was tackled and mauled, and her poodle, Walker, was nearly killed.

A neighbor heard the screams and ran to their rescue…
