MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (7News) — A Maryland man was arrested near Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) after a woman got out of his vehicle during a traffic stop and told officers she had been handcuffed and kidnapped in late June.
It happened just before 9 a.m. June 29, when Maryland Transportation Authority Police (MDTA) said an officer assigned to BWI’s Detachment pulled over a Chevrolet Malibu near West Nursery Road and Elm Road in Linthicum for making an illegal turn.
