A Sioux Falls restaurant known for its street tacos has expanded to include barbecue.
Vinyl Taco just south of the Western Mall is now Vinyl Taco & BBQ.
“We always wanted to do barbecue,” said Kirk Keupp, who’s part of the ownership group. “The popularity of barbecue and Mexican street tacos has gotten very strong in the South, so we decided now’s a good time to give it a try.”
The new items were added a month ago.
“It’s been going good since we started it,” Keupp said. “It’s a little different than everybody else’s in town.”…
