HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Ocean Safety said bystanders helped pull a man from the waters offshore of Hawaii Kai Thursday.
At about 5 p.m., the Honolulu Ocean Safety Department was alerted to a swimmer in distress offshore of an area commonly known as Spitting Caves in Portlock, Hawaii Kai.
