SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — An 18-year-old has been arrested after exposing himself to a 13-year-old.
Kason Shields O’Conner, of Sioux Falls, was charged with indecent exposure of a child (felony), indecent exposure and multiple traffic violations.

According to Sioux Falls Police Sgt. Aaron Benson, around 4 p.m. Friday a caller reported she was driving around with her 13-year-old daughter when a man pulled up next to them and exposed himself to them in the area of 49th Street and Western Avenue.
