SIOUX FALL, S.D. (KELO) — The recount for the mayor’s race in Sioux Falls is tentatively scheduled for 9 a.m. on Wednesday, the city clerk’s office said in a news release.
It took about 10 hours to do the 2020 recount and the city clerk’s office said this recount will take more time.
Candidate Christine Erickson was declared the winner after the runoff election votes were certified on June 26. Erickson won by two votes over Jamie Smith.
