RITTMAN, Ohio (WJW) — We’re learning more about the criminal history of the gunman responsible for killing an officer along with a 13-year-old and her mother Sunday night.
Brandon Fazekas, 38, opened fire, shooting and killing former girlfriend and realtor Christine McWilliams, 43, whose coworkers describe her as a respected colleague. He also shot and killed and her 13-year-old daughter, McKinley.
Fazekas also shot and killed Rittman Officer Scott Ries.

Authorities say Fazekas had previous arrests in both Wayne and Medina counties. In Medina County, he was previously charged with breaking and entering, vandalism and forgery. He also had a probation violation for which he was sentenced to serve 148 days in jail…
