The cost of renting in the San Francisco Bay Area continues to reach unprecedented heights, fueled by a resurgence in technology hiring and a widespread return to the office.
The median rent for a one-bedroom apartment in San Francisco has now surpassed $4,000 a month, continuing to rewrite the city’s record books each month, according to the latest figures from the rental tracking firm Zumper.
