Pittsburgh Police filed criminal charges against a detective they allege lied about the time he spent working a security detail at a local retail store.
35-year-old Kalieb Hines, listed on the City of Pittsburgh’swebsite as a detective in the police department’s violent crimes unit, was accused of stealing time from an East Liberty Target store where he was working an off-duty security detail.
