‘We want our quality of life’: Texans revolt against data centers

Hundreds of Texans gathered in Lubbock Tuesday night, urging city leaders to pump the brakes on large-scale data center projects in the region.

About 500 people attended the meeting hosted by the Lubbock City Council at the city’s Memorial Civic Center, according to the Lubbock Avalanche-Journal.
